Στη τρίτη ενότητα εισάγεται η έννοια της υποδομής ως καθοριστική ιδέα για την θεώρηση του αστικού στοιχείου στην Αθηναϊκή συνθήκη. Επιχειρείται η εννοιολογική συσχέτιση της υποδομής με την έννοια του ερειπίου της προηγούμενης ενότητας.

The third unit introduces the infrastructure concept as a decisive idea for the contemplation of the urban element concerning the Athenian condition. This unit manages to notionally associate the infrastructure and the ruin concept, presented in the previous unit.
The unit is divided into the following sub-units:
